The average American will prepare 832 meals at home this year. That’s 832 meals that you need to plan, shop, prep and clean. What would you do if you could go from 832 to 24? That’s right. Twenty. Four. Feels good just thinking about it, right?
There are many, many life lessons I took away from the class but if I were to pick the three that have had the greatest impact on me: (1) It’s not as hard as you think. (2) Practice makes permanent. (3) It can’t be done until it is.
Try an experiment. For the next 5 minutes write down every memory that comes to mind. Don’t overthink it. Just write down whatever pops in your head first and allow your mind to wander and jump from memory to memory. Be sure to write it down as we’ll be using that list in just a moment.
